I did a lot of biking and went often to Hilleroed in Denmark in Europe located on this planet to cut grass at Ejvinds farm. Therefore the lawn has not turned into a jungle during the tour. It is good to be at farm land and watch James Bond in the evenings.

The farm looks still good after the Love tour. I have really appreciated that I could stay there. I could have helped a lady instead!! (Tine Mansfeld) who owns a farm place in Gyrstinge with renovation. She did not get any help from me because I was not allowed eat in her kitchen. I hope she will manage without me which can be difficult, ha, ha.

I also had vacation and did horseback riding. I also remembered the T-shirt from the tour. That was also a lovely experience. I really think I stayed connected to the tour and look forward to see the Love tour team when you are back in Europe.

When arriving to Kansas we noticed that this was a humid place. Not only was it hot, but the humidity resembled that of the southern states. Someone told us that Kansas would be humid due to the water in the earth. That may be so, but when we arrived a thunderstorm began, and it rained all night. The next morning we were tired from too little sleep, but we got up, having decided to have a great free hugs event with Angie, Sofie and Maggie and friends. We started around noon, because we were waiting for people to arrive for their lunch break. After having hugged for a little while, we were approached by security guards from 2 sides.. They wore guns and everything.. I thought “Oh oh – what now – will we get arrested? For what? But fortunately they only told us that we could not use the “Free Hugs” signs. They said that we were on private property, and weren’t allowed to use them. So we relocated.

Kansas City has a lot of fountains, so we started giving free hugs near King Neptune and his water horses. We had a great time, and gave away a lot of free hugs, and the all of a sudden I thought Santa Claus himself turned up, from the looks and behavior of him. As it turned out we had met Terry Livingood, who does impersonate Santa around christmas, but who is also a renowned author of “Awakening to Self Mastery” a great book on how to apply all that we know into living it and experiencing it.

In the evening we had an informal pot-luck at Angie and Mikes house. It was great food, great people and a great evening. I had the feeling of being blessed from this and so many other meetings, because I could see that all these lights of love have been shining for a long time by themselves, and now we are really starting to come together to make an even brighter light. The time of individual leaders can now be expanded into multiple leaders of spirituality, and eventually everyONE will be a spiritual leader.

Fortunately Angie had arranged the event for saturday to begin a 2 pm. That way we had time to sleep in and get ready without hurrying – it was wonderful. I somehow had an expectation of more people coming – maybe around 30-40, but in the beginning we were around 12, and didn’t feel comfortable starting without the rest. Well, we waited for another half hour before we decided to start. In that half hour, I started to think whether we are doing something wrong, since so few people turned up. My ego started saying that I am not good enough, and also that I wanted more attention than what I could receive from only 12 people. I was just about to start feeling down, when my soul started giggling at the folly of my little drama. I couldn’t help giggling along. Once we had begun our event, 6 more people joined us, and this time my ego got a boost, and again my soul started giggling.
It seems that I am often being run by my ego, and only so often catch myself in time to not react, but instead act. I am happy that I have been able to build in a delay button in myself, so I don’t react right away, but usually wait until I have had time to think/feel first – it helps me avoid some of the things I don’t want to experience anymore. (more ego stuff)

We began the event by singing our songs “Feel”, “Imagine” and “Bridge over troubled waters” They have been great to sing again, although some of us got a bit tired of them on last years Love Tour. After the singing, I introduced the Lovetour idea and purpose to everyone there, and I must have carried the message, because once again we received donations – this time more than 120 dollars. In total we have received more than 3000 dollars in donations on this tour, and it has really helped us not to go over our personal limits. We had hoped to raise at least 20.000 dollars to cover some of our expenses (The tour budget was 30.000 – covered by ourselves) Thank you to all – named and anonymous – for having supported us. We all deeply appreciate your help in making this tour a success.

We went straight to the laughter yoga, and once again I was amazed at the speed of which people are able to break through their inhibitions and start laughing like children. It is such a gratifying experience.
After the laughteryoga Gary talked to us about intentions using John Lennons lyrics from “Imagine”, and afterwards Terry talked about how to create what you want. It was inspiring.

We began the angel shower with only 20 minutes left, but made sure we could go on – and it was needed, because we spent the next hour and a half reminding each other what love is, and who we really are. The first angel shower I participated in was very impactful, and the next ones sometimes feel less, but if I remind myself to stay open and not look for some certain experience, I always have a profound experience. It’s tricky that you have to remind yourself not to expect, to get what you want.

As always it was difficult to part with new friends, and we ended up taking Terry to dinner, or so we thought, because he paid for us. Thanks for everything Terry – the talks, the sightseeing in Unity Village, the books and your presence.

Angie – your good spirits and great joy of life is catching. I could see that you had a very happy family situation, and that your life was opening up in new ways all the time. Thanks for being awake with us in this time and supplying us with everything we needed.
Another thanks has to go to all the hosts, who have been supplying us with their house, food, bathing and so on for no pay. We could not have done this tour without you! I know how straining it can be for me to accept strangers in my house (I like solitude when I am not touring), so I can only imagine how it must have been for you to have as many as 7 people roaming your territory

And yet another thanks goes to all of you that came to our events to find out more, remember and support. Although this tour was an outward journey, it was also an inward one indeed. Thanks for supporting us in realizing our selves in company with you.

The love team

Well, we have proven that indeed it is not only in Boulder such an event can happen. We have been putting on this demonstration of love all over Europe and USA now, and the effects are still the same. Everyone participating get’s it and feel that the world needs more of what we are doing.

But first I want to describe the last part of our journey in more detail. We went from Twin Falls to Salt Lake City, expecting to have an event with our contact person there, but, since we felt otherwise in the moment, we continued to Laramie, and stayed there for a few days to recharge our personal batteries. I can see that we needed the time to get organized within ourselves to be able to move on to Steve without too much emotional baggage from our previous events and experiences. We had decided that we wanted to bring everything we had heard and felt on the tour to Steve, so he could get a firsthand
description of how Humanity’s Team USA is doing, and at the same time be aware of the issues that people are dealing with.

Our stay at Steves started with a warm welcome at his family’s house. Steve was in the middle of lunch, when we arrived, and we were invited to partake right away. Steve had arranged a party for us in the evening, with friends and people from Humanity’s Team Colorado, as well as new contacts in the spiritual world. Steve had booked a chef – Jeff – to make the food for the party, and it was all marvelous – Thanks Jeff.

The day after the party we went to the Chautauqua park to have our first event. We went up on the hiking trail to meet people to hug. They said things like “you don’t want to hug me – I’m sweaty” and then we would reply that we wanted to give hugs to all people – sweaty or not. Dylan – Steves son turned out to be a great hugger, and he soon became the favourite for hugs.

We went back into the park to do laughter yoga, sing and do the angel shower. We had a lot of fun with Nannette and her son Casey, who were really trying to have a laughter fit. We also met Steves aunt, and more people from Humanity’s Team Colorado. The event had been announced in the paper, so we also had new people participate, and of those, especially two women were very colorful and having a fun time. They brought us a lot of food and cake for sharing, and as always I reminded myself that they didn’t have to do that – that the people we meet are truly giving and accepting, as well as curious about us and what we represent. So far the lovetour has built a whole lot of gratitude in me.

The next day Nannette had planned for us to go into the rocky mountains and do some sightseeing. Steve took us to Bridal Veil Falls hiking, and we began a 3.2 miles walk to see the falls. We had agreed to go back after 2-3 hours, but when we were about 1 mile from the falls and the time was up, we all decided to go all the way to see the falls. It was a beautiful experience, and we even climbed the falls to see it’s origin.

Monday was set aside for yet another event in downtown Boulder – free hugs galore. We gave and received a huge amount of hugs, and again Dylan was the main hugger with Steve to help him. Thanks a lot Dylan!

The rest of the time at Steve and Stefanies house were spent talking about Humanity’s Team versus all the input we had been given during our tour of USA. We talked about the Love Tour, the joy we met, the urge to be with likeminded people, the frustrations and troubles of not finding what you seek right away, Celebration of Life events, The Global Village project, Spiritual activism and many other things. What we all cherished very much is Steves genuine interest in knowing what we feel and how we saw the issues that Humanity’s Team is dealing with, along with comments from all the people we met. Thank you for staying open to input Steve!

I want to thank Nannette, Casey, Stefanie, Steve, Jeff and the kids Dylan and Sophie for a wonderful stay in Colorado. We felt at home, and are now rested to do the last couple of events in Kansas City, as well as finishing driving the last 1500 miles of our journey. Thanks also to you for having read this far – we are not completely finished yet, so stay tuned.

The Love Tour

We had decided to wait for an answer from the host of the event, and if it didn’t come, we would find an RV park.

The answer came, but at that moment we had already settled in an RV park in the city. When we got up the next day we had a circle, in which we shared our wishes for the coming days. I was not in the mood for an event that had been postponed, and I didn’t like the feel of Salt Lake city, so I voted for moving on towards Colorado, and then find somewhere along the way to sleep and regenerate.

After a while, the others recognized my desire, as being the strongest - meaning that their motivation to do other things was not as strong - so we took off for Laramie, Wyoming. and a day and a half of needed rest.

Martin and Marketa went to a hotel,and Zaneta and I stayed at an RV park.

Laramie is quite high in altitude, so even when the days are hot, the nights are cold. Days around 80-90 and nights around 50.

I remember from my childhood some western movies, that seemed to have taken place in this area, and sure enough we saw familiar names, and some of the history to confirm it. It was a rough time with lots of rough people 150 years ago. I am glad it has changed so much in such a short time. If the change we have seen in the past 150 years will continue in the same speed, then there is really something to look forward to.

Martin connected with Monie – a friend of Tony’s – and soon an event started to be planned in Twin Falls. Martin found out that many CWG groups exist in Idaho, and he started calling around to see if we could meet up with any of them. He also told Tony from Boise – who didn’t make it to the Boise event – that he could come and participate in the Twin Falls event.

We went for the City Park on sunday around noon, and almost nobody was there. A few people having a picnic. We saw many people coming out from church at one point, but they soon went back in. It seems that sunday is church day – all day - in Idaho.

We started out with Laughter yoga, since there were no people around to hug. We had a good time, and especially Tony was enjoying himself – so much, that later on he became interested in becoming a laughter yoga instructor too.

Jana, Ted and Brian also participated so we had a small group of 9 people there, After the laughter we sang some songs, and then moved on to the Angel shower. For me there are no 2 angel showers that are the same, but they are all great. This time I had the experience of being love all through the shower. It felt very easy and light to me, and at the same time I felt extremely powerful – like anything was possible. I am always on the lookout for these experiences, since they are a confirmation to me that I am doing what is working for me.

We finished the event by chatting and snacking, and once again I felt the amazing power of this lovetour. How else could we have been relating to “complete strangers” a sunday afternoon, with laughter, hugs, emotions and deep talks? The idea sounds simple, but most people does not have the courage to carry it out. Someone told me that the biggest fear in USA is to stand in front of a crowd and speak – that fear is even greater than the fear of death.
We know there is nothing to be afraid of, except the fear itself, but still this is avoided by most people most of the time. Maybe we can change that by staying open and being the change we would like to see in others.

We spent the evening in a restaurant, where Brian and Ted told jokes for at least an hour – what a talent these two guys have. Eventually Jana, and some of us, started telling a few jokes too, but we had nowhere near the same impact as Ted and Brian - we had difficulty breathing at times.

Ted and Jana are students of the Landmark Education program from when it first began. I didn’t know much about it before they told me about it, and it sounded just like the way I think. However it seems to me that one component was missing – the spiritual side of life. Apparantly I am using the same tools as the ones from the Landmark Education program, but I see others using them, without the effect I have got. Maybe spirituality has something to do with it, or maybe all programs work differently for all people.

In between we did a lot of sightseeing with Brian, Ted and Jana. We got to see Twin Falls - now only one fall, as well as other beautiful falls. We saw the Snake river from their boat, and experienced the magical hot springs (hot tubs with mineral filled water)

It was an honor to meet Ted – the first person ever to ride a Harley chopper in Idaho, and Jana, who is one of the original dissidents from the days of communism in Czechoslovakia (before czech republic was established) Life is filled with beautiful moments – but we have to choose to see them that way.

When planning the love tour, we were not sure what to do after Helen’s event in Canada, so we were happy to have somewhere to go, and someone to talk to.
Driving took the better part of 20 hours, so when we arrived, it was already evening, and we had to stay at an RV park in the evening. The next morning we went to Kimberlees house to be guided by her, to the park where we were to have the event.

At 11.55 we were ready to receive the first people, and we started to share free hugs. Jennifer and Kimberlee walked around with free hug signs very courageously. We met a group of special children that hugged us all many times. It was a good beginning of the day.

A few more people came by to support us – we had been in an article in the Idaho Statesman, so people wanted to see who we were. Some were just curious, others stayed for the show.

The laughter yoga was hilarious, one guy got started, and had a very hard time to stop again. Thanks Travis. The rest of us were infected by his laughter and we had a great time.

The Angel shower turned out to be very intense for some of the participants, and we spent quite some time doing it, even though we were only 12 people there.
After some singing, some of us went to dance, and the rest went to answer questions. The Boise people were very curious about what we were doing and why we were there. We talked about Humanity’s Team, Oneness and other interesting subjects.

Q and A

Michelle - one of the participants that arrived too late to participate in the event, asked if we were interested in participating in a CWG study group the next day, and 3 of us said yes. We met a lovely couple – Tony and Jane, who have been leading a group in Boise for a few years now. There are around 8-10 people in the group, but now Kimberlee, Jennifer and others from the event talked about connecting with the group.

We stayed at Kimberlees house for another 2 days to relax after the long drive from Canada. We met her wonderful boyfriend Bruce and his lovely son. We talked a lot about politics and a bit about relationships. I love those talks, because they are about what I believe to be most important: sharing who we are with others.

Thank you Kimberlee for supporting us in all ways. You allowed us to feel like we were at home. I am looking forward to seeing you as part of our extended family.

We hadn’t heard anything from the organizer of the event in Salt Lake City, so we decided to go and visit Jana and her family. Zaneta had met Jana in the plane coming to USA, but we had been invited to stay with them nevertheless, so we drove off for Twin Falls.

I am not sure if words together with pictures can catch such an amazing place above the Pacific Ocean.
It is like to try to describe the smell of a rose.
All these woods, the ocean, flowers, animals, birds, PEOPLE…
So and special places together with special people create just… YES - Special outcomes!
I am sure that each man has his own point of view on a certain event and I have a few of mine on why Love Tour has now two teams for sharing, spreading and practicing Oneness here in USA.
It all reminds me of some personal stories from my life. When my parents were about to divorce…changing of the ‘form’ of relationships with beloved ones … and and and from this and from much more I learned that CHANGE is ok. Thank you my wonderful teachers!
But stories might not be so important like we know we are not our story.
And even though we are choosing the ways which resonate with our hearts the most and which for now might pretend that they lead in different directions, so I am still full of gratefulness for our common process in to this. For which we went through a heart circle together with the whole Love Tour Team in expressing our gratitude to each other, with knowing we are all ONE and with feeling we all are LOVE in LOVE.

16. OPEN HEARTEDNESS

Aha – just a ’small’ party at our home … Hmmm and all this with almost 50 wonderful people on board.
We still have so much food from you everywhere in our RV. Oh yes - warm Jacuzzi, a beautiful singer and a BAND – by the way already the third one on our way – if I can also count (so I do ) one great concert on Tibet‘s bowls and flutes once upon a time before.
If people would be paid for their stories and heartfelt smiles, Helen would be one of the richest people in the whole Universe – so she is
I can still feel this great laughter in my belly.
Thank you Canada for the proof that it matters to go for things which matter a ‘little’ longer!!

17. PLAYFULNESS

Show me a better start of an event than hugging so many open and nice children.
So and then when also our inner child has been waken up, we played all our games with the others and enjoyed it very much!
Oh and the trees in this park smelled like the very best perfume.

I had a hard time believing it, but when we arrived at the border, and said where we were heading, the friendly customs woman told us we would be driving for at least another 5 hours.

So around midnight we arrived at the firehall, where we could stay, since Chuck – Helens husband – is fire deputy there. We used the bathrooms and soon we slept, so we could get up at 8 in the morning – we had been invited for a very early breakfast (as we perceive it)

We had lots of lovely conversations with Helen, and Murray, who is the coordinator for British Columbia (I believe) Murray is also working with Grief counseling, and giving classes all over the world to teach teachers how to help people rid themselves of grief. As Murray explained: We grieve because we feel separate and there are tools to stop feeling that way.

Helen was very enthusiastic talking about all the people she had invited – from the German speaking couple down the road to the next Canadian Idol singer: Britney. Helen had even arranged a bluegrass band to come and play – we felt like VIP’s.

All during the day we felt Helens presence in the area – from her incredible garden that stretched up the hill and in every direction. She told us that she had planted most of the trees herself, and from the look of it, every little corner received lots of love.

Chuck, Helens husband, was kind enough to show us some of the surrounding area, which was very hilly or even mountainous. We saw Helens brothers farm, and there it turned out that Helen had an even bigger garden with many vegetables and flowers.

Helen also showed me her daughters house, which they are building at the moment. The house has been built in large part by Helen and Chuck, like they built their own house. In fact Helen and Chuck has been in the Eagle Bay area for over 40 years, since they persuaded their parents to buy a piece of land there for an astronomical 750 dollars. The same piece of land could be sold for well over a million today, but according to Helen, the land and houses will stay in the family.

At 7 PM people started to arrive, and it continued for a while – we counted 48 participants at one point. Helen welcomed all, and we talked a bit about the Love tour, Humanity’s Team and Awakening to Oneness. We did a short oneness experience by holding hands, and feeling each other – many people seemed surprised that such a simple experience could be so powerful.

Britney sang 3 beautiful songs for us, and we all felt grateful to Helen for bringing us such a joyful person to our oneness party.

Everyone was invited to have a bite to eat, and afterward we had a laughter yoga experience in Helens livingroom. The room was quite small for 30-40 people, but somehow everyone felt good about being there, because they started laughing even before my exercises – that is always a good sign.

The free laughter was the best so far, with a woman jumping up and down with laughter in her chair, while a little girl had to go to the bathroom to prevent peeing in her pants, to the man that just couldn’t stop laughing because everyone else seemed so silly. We had a regular laughter fit.

The party was a huge success, and at 10 PM people started to go home, and we counted our donations received. Also the biggest amount so far – 260 dollars - was collected on this amazing evening. Somehow Helens Neighbours had decided they were part of a fundraiser, and se we had money for Gas for the long drive to Boise, Idaho.

I had the pleasure of sharing half an hour in a hot tub with Murray and Helen after the party, and we felt like this event had really touched the participants.
At 3.15 I got up and started driving for Boise. Thanks to Helen and Chuck and all their friends and family for making this event such a memorable one. We loved staying with you, and regretted that we didn’t have more time to spend.
