Humanity’s Team is communicating and implementing the belief that we are all one, one with God and one with life, in a shared global state of being, so that the behavior of humanity may shift to reflect this understanding.
Neale Donal Walsch
Neale Donald Walsch, best selling author of the book series Conversations With God, created the vision of "Humanity's Team" during spring 2002 while he was writing the book ”Tomorrows God”. The Grassroots movement Humanity’s Team started officially in june 2003 in Portland, Oregon, Usa.
This is a quote by Neale Donald Walsch on his vision of Humanity’s Team:
”The world requires a new level of understanding and expression of what it means to be human, if we are to find peace and harmony in our time.
Everyone is lovable. And if everyone loved everyone and did loving things to everyone – that is if we all simply loved each other – every negative condition on this planet would be healed.
The purpose of Humanity’s Team is to create the space of possibility for a new spirituality to emerge upon the earth – a spirituality that allows each person to express their natural impulse toward the divine in a way that does not make others wrong for the way in which they are doing it.
A spirituality that says goodbye forever to a violent, angry and vindictive God of judgement and condemnation, and opens the world at last to the experience of a god of unconditional love.”

In connection with the 2007 Humanity’s Team world tour, Steve Farrel, the Humanity’s Team worldwide coordinating director expressed it like this:
”What is the ONE idea that can end all violence in the world?
What is the ONE idea that can build a lasting peace between diverse cultures?
What is the ONE idea that can end hunger and poverty on every continent?
What is the ONE idea that can restore our planet’s environment?
Our unity is the ”missing message” that humanity is now ready to embrace.”
Unconditional Love Tour is just ONE of the ways to express our ONEness and be the change.
Not all participants in The Unconditional Love Tour is coming from Humanity’s Team, but we are all coming from ONEness and LOVE and a deep wish to spread the concept of ONEness.
